All our UK deliveries are via Royal Mail First Class Post. We offer a free gift wrap service! Also, to ensure your Christmas items and gifts are delivered to you in good time.


UK POSTAGE:


All our UK deliveries are via Royal Mail First Class Post. Tuesday - Saturday: Orders placed before 1.00 p.m. will be despatched on the same day (subject to availability of the Royal Mail). Sunday: your order will be despatched on the following working day.


Items despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post normally arrive within 2 working but usually arrive the day following despatch. Please be clear if you have any postage instructions, especially if the order is too large for your and the delivery address is not attended, Royal Mail will hold the parcel for up to 21 days in the nearest delivery . Please check with Royal Mail if you receive a collect notice or have not received your parcel within 4 working days.


INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:


Items are despatched via Royal Mail First Class Airmail or Parcel Force. A wide range of insured services are available ranging from 5 working days to three weeks but usually arrive the week following despatch. If you have any special requirements in terms of delivery - please advise prior to purchase to enable the correct postage price to be calculated and added to your transaction.

Q: What if the item is faulty when it's delivered?


A: Email us telling us what the problem is before sending it back to us and we will refund the costs of the goods and initial shipment.


Q: Who pays the postage on returned Items?


A: If you return something due to it being damaged or not matching the description of the product, you will not need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.


We would also ask that you check with your local delivery office before making a claim as parcels are often held there awaiting your collection. Thereafter, if the item is still not located, we will refund your payment for the goods and postage costs.


Q: How long to returns take to process?

A: We handle returns on the day that they arrive back and will email confirmation of safe receipt.
